Absence – Input Checks  have four option item(blank, E,I,W)

Permitted indicators are:

• E: entry is rejected and an error message is issued.
• W: entry is accepted with a warning message.
• I: entry is accepted and the user is informed of the circumstances.
• Blank: entry is accepted and no warning message is issued.

Minimum duration: Attendances and absences that are allowed to last for less than one workday are assigned the indicator 000.

Maximum duration: Attendances and absences that are no limit are assigned the indicator 999.

Unit: have four option item(blank, K, A, R).

• K, blank: calendar days.
• A: Attendance and absence days.
• R: Payroll days .
